Restoration at Legacy Niagara is residential repair and rebuild. Wet or failed drywall, flooring, and insulation come out. The room is finished again so you can use it.
Windows and doors are the other half of the company. Restoration is the work that follows damage inside the house. Same people, a more direct job.

The division
What we will take on.
The scope is the damaged finishes and the rebuild. We would rather name the limit than imply a service we do not run.
Tear-out of damaged material
Drywall, flooring, and insulation that cannot stay. We show you the line before the room is opened up further.
Rebuild of those finishes
Walls, floors, and trim put back so the space works again. The quote lists the rooms.
Basements and the main floor
A flood downstairs and water damage in a living space are both this work. The page changes with the room. The job does not.
A written scope
You get the work in writing before we start. If the damage is worse than it looked, we stop and tell you.
The limit
What we do not pretend to do.
These are other trades. If your house needs them, we will say that instead of stretching this scope.

We do not engineer walls, waterproof foundations, or design structural repairs.

We can write the repair scope. We do not adjust a claim or promise a 24-hour emergency crew.
